CHEER™ Parma Blend Natural Shred is a unique blend of fine shred Mozzarella and Aussie Jack. It is designed specifically to be melted on dishes that require a combination of blistering and stretch but more flavour than a straight mozzarella. The fine shred profile provides increased coverage and more even distribution.

CHEER™ Aussie Jack Natural Shred is a mild, high moisture, semi firm cheese. This cheese is greatly suited to melting applications, specifically Mexican where a balance of flavour, fast melt and minimal blistering is desired. Aussie Jack provides a faster melt than CHEER™ Thick & Tasty Natural Cheddar.

CHEER™ Thick & Tasty Natural Shred flavour profile is between a colby (mild) and extra tasty (bitey). This cheese is a great all-rounder that can be used for melting but is also great uncooked. This shred is useful when you are needing the cheese flavour to stand out.

CHEER™ Aussie Jack slices are a mild cheese slice with high moisture making them ideal for melting. They come in a unique staggered stack for easy peel in a busy kitchen.

Fred Walker Parmesan utilises a different recipe and method to Mil Lel - it is milled, dry salted and then aged for a minimum of 6 months to allow flavour development. Fred Walker Parmesan is a great cost effective option.
