October - November 2026

Terms and Conditions

Background and Entrant categories

1.
The promoter is Saputo Dairy Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 52 166 135 486, Level 14, 28 Freshwater Place, Southbank VIC 3006 (Promoter).
2.
This document contains the terms and conditions of the Caboolture International Pizza Expo Promotion run by the Promoter (Promotion).
3.
The Promotion applies to the Promoter's 1001963 Caboolture Shredded Mozzarella 2x6kg product (Participating Product).
4.
Entry into the Promotion is split into two categories:
a.
any business operating within the Australian foodservice channel (with a registered ABN) that purchases a Participating Product from a distributor (End User); and
b.
the foodservice distributors selected and invited to participate by the Promoter (Distributors),

(collectively, Entrants).

5.
Each Entrant agrees and acknowledges that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6.
Entries will be attributed to the business which purchases the Participating Product and not to any individual, employee, officer or representative of that business. The winning Entrant will determine which individuals from its business will receive the prize.
7.
Each pallet of Participating Product contains 48 cartons. Each carton contains 2 x 6kg packs.

Eligibility per Entrant category

To be eligible to enter the Promotion you must be an Australian resident who is the age of 18 years or over.

8.
The promotion will commence at 9.00am (AEST) on 1 October 2026 and run until 5.00pm (AEDT) on 30 November 2026 (Promotion Period).
9.
The eligibility criteria for entry into the Promotion depend on whether the Entrant is an End User or a Distributor. The applicable eligibility criteria for each Entrant category are set out below.

c.
Entrants may submit more than one Eligible Entry to obtain further entries into the Promotion.
d.
If any of the Participating Products contained in an Eligible Entry are returned by the Entrant, or the underlying purchase is otherwise cancelled for whatever reason at any time, that Eligible

An entry will be invalidated and the Entrant will be ineligible if, in the Promoter's opinion, the entry evidence is forged or tampered with in any way or otherwise fails the Promoter's verification procedures.

Entrants must keep their proof of purchase for each Eligible Entry. If an Entrant fails to produce the proof of purchase for an Eligible Entry when requested by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.
